Refund policy

Returns are accepted on any products bought from us within 28 days of purchase.  All items must be returned to us at your cost in as new condition. Please email us at info@theredfoundation.org.uk before returning your items so that we can advise you on the process.

If your item is faulty please email us at info@theredfoundation.org.uk and we will organize a return and replacement of the item.
